Fruit Cake with sultanas, glace cherries and mixed peel with a baked marzipan layer. Topped with Marzipan

Ingredients: Sultanas (28%), Marzipan(18%), (Sugar, ALMONDS, Glucose Syrup, Water. Stabiliser Sortibitol, Invertase Thickener, Sodium Alginate, Colour Carotenes, Preserveative Potassium Sorbate)

WHEAT Flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, folic acid, thiamin), EGG, sugar, glace cherries (7%)(cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator citric acid, colour Erythrosine, preservative SULPHUR DIOXIDE). Vegetable margarine (Vegetable oils palm, rapeseed, salt, emulsifier polyglycerl esters of fatty acids, colours Annatto Curumin, flavourings), humectant vegetable glycerine, mixed peel (2%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, lemon peel, acidity regulator, citric acid). Glucose syrup, apricot jam (sugar, apricots, gelling agent, pectin, acidity regulator, citric acid). Whey powder (MILK) raising agents, disodium diphonspate, sodium bicarbonate, preservatives, potassiium sorbate, flavouring.
