What is the cost for your delivery?

We offer various delivery options with different costs for your Fudgetasia order. You can see the exact delivery charges at checkout based on your location and chosen service. Please note we only ship within UK & Northern Ireland. Anywhere else please email to see if we can accommodate you.

 

How long does it take to post my order?

Orders placed by 8 am will be posted the same working day from our base in Brentwood, UK. For detailed delivery times, please see our delivery options at checkout.

 

Do you accept returns?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for food items if you simply change your mind. Please see our full returns policy for more details.

I have allergies, can you help?

The companies we use  handle various allergens in their production. Whilst they take every precaution, cross-contamination is possible. please check each item information as ingredients are listed. How long until my order arrives after dispatch?

Depending on the delivery service you choose, your delicious Fudgetasia order should be delivered within the specified timescale for that service.

How are your items packaged to ensure safe arrival?

We pack our delicious fudge, chocolates, jams, and chutneys really well to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, ready for you to enjoy.

What if my order arrives damaged or there's a problem?

If there is a problem with your Fudgetasia order upon arrival, please contact us within 2 days in writing and with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

What if I order chocolates and won't be home for delivery?

If you have ordered chocolates and will not be at home, please email us with instructions for a safe place to leave your package. We cannot take responsibility for orders left outside where weather conditions might spoil the product. This responsibility would be with the buyer.

What should I do if I'm not happy with my order?

If you are not happy with your Fudgetasia order, please notify us within 2 days in writing and include photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.

Can I return food items if I change my mind?

Due to hygiene reasons and the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept food items back if you simply change your mind.

How should I store Fudgetasia fudge and chocolate?

Our handcrafted fudge and exquisite chocolates are best stored in ambient conditions. Keep them in a cool, dry place, such as a cupboard. Once opened, place fudge in an airtight jar or similar container to maintain freshness.

How should I store Fudgetasia preserves and chutneys once opened?

Our delicious jams, preserves, and chutneys, made in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, should be kept in the fridge once opened and consumed within 1 month for the best quality and flavour.
